WILL THE OBJECT BE UNDER PROTECTION, IF THERE IS A POWER OUTAGE?

The object will be under protection, if there is a power outage, as the protection system of the security company will continue operating on the backup battery. The security company will immediately notify the customer regarding the problem.

WHAT DO THE OFFICERS DO UPON ARRIVING FOR THE ALARM SIGNAL?

The responding service officers carefully inspect the object and inform the customer regarding its condition. Upon detecting signs of intrusion, the responding service officers block all exits up until arrival of the customer and the police.

WHERE ARE THE RESPONDING SERVICE CREWS?

GIS cooperates with 24 security companies throughout Latvia, and thus it ensures quick response to alarm signals. For security reasons we do not disclose the crew locations.

FOR HOW LONG IS THE CONTRACT CONCLUDED?

In the case you have own protection equipment, the contract is concluded for an indefinite term. In case you do not have protection equipment, the company provides and installs protection equipment, and the contract is concluded for a term of two years.

DOES THE COMPANY BEAR MATERIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PROTECTED OBJECT?

Yes, Global Intellectual Security bears material responsibility for the property under protection at the object. This is included in the contract; thus, we are interested in providing services in a quality manner.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER THE EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION ON A WEEKEND?

Yes, it is. We carry out installations during weekdays. By prior arrangement –also during weekends and even during public holidays.
